Fillcoat and Fillcoat Fibres are economic, easy to apply coatings, based on solvent soluble high polymers, instantly waterproof - elastic to 1300% with good weather resistance.

The elasticity of Fillcoat waterproof roof coating, make it excellent for repairs to flashings, reinforcement for cracks in smooth surface asphalt, or to waterproof entire roof surfaces.

Fillcoat Fibres as the name suggests, has added fibres that assist with crack bridging and filling small holes etc. This product is ideal as a waterproofing treatment for badly deteriorated roofs.

Preparation

Thoroughly clean roof to remove dirt, grease and any other contamination that may adversely effect subsequent coating adhesion, and in accordance with the requirements of the technical data sheet.

Application

Apply Fillcoat/Fillcoat Fibres waterproof roof coating as required, and in accordance with technical data sheet, priming where necessary.

Impermax is a tough Polyurethane based waterproof roof coating which cures to a tough, UV resistant elastic membrane which will resist severe building movement and deformation. This waterproof roof coating can be applied to a variety of surfaces including asphalt, mineral, galvanized corrugated roofing, and in-situ ceramic tiles.

To ensure good adhesion, most surfaces must be primed prior to the application of Impermax waterproof roof coating.

Impermax can be applied by brush, roller and airless spray, and various additives are available to allow high build coating, and low temperature application.

Typical application of liquid applied waterproof coating to:

• Plastisol and other plastic coated profiled sheet roofs

Noxyde is a rust preventive water based coating. Waterproof - elastic (200 %) - impact resisting - free from lead, excellent protection against rust, weather influences and many chemicals. Ideal for the refurbishment of Plastisol profiled roof and cladding.

Preparation

Thoroughly clean surface to remove dirt, grease and any other contamination that may adversely effect subsequent coating adhesion, and in accordance with the requirements of the technical data sheet.Inspect surface for mechanical damage, thoroughly clean and locally prime with Noxyde, thinned with 25% water.

Application

Primer by applying Noxyde, thinned 25 % with water and then apply by brush, roller or spray in multiple coats to achieve a total build of 0.8 kg/m² wet, 350µm dry film thickness.
